• This is as old school Seattle as it gets

  This place has been a Seattle and a Pike Place Institution for as long as I can remember, and I've lived here since 1990. Nestled underneath Pike Place Market, you can get your Old World Italian while dreaming of Tuscany without having to dig out your passport. It's also a great spot cap off the night in the bar with a glass of Chianti. Either way, I hope Il Bistro sticks around as it is one of the last bastions of the Seattle I fell in love with back in the day.
